- Plant health care visits, including inspection and treatment for spider mites, aphids, powdery mildew and fungus

- Leaf removal begins
- Plant health care visits to inspect and treat for aphids, leaf spot fungus, fall webworm and lacebug

- Complimentary mow, trim, edge and weed paved areas Thanksgiving week

- Leaf removal continues
- 2nd round gutter cleaning begins
- Last rose care until March (weather dependent)(additional charge)

- Fall mulching and bed cleanup
- Leaf removal concludes
- 3rd round of gutter cleaning
- Hollytone and groundcover fertilizer application as appropriate
- Final plant health care inspection (weather dependent)
- Soil sampling (every three years)
