Maintenance

Maintenance contracts are available for clients located in northwest DC, Montgomery County, Maryland, and northern Virginia. Standard contract services include weekly lawn mowing; periodic turf fertilization and weed control; annual turf renovation and regular, scheduled visits for turf and plant fertilizing; planting bed edging, weeding and mulching, pruning; annual and perennial flower care and fertilization; leaf collection; and periodic visits from our plant health care specialists.

Extra offerings such as seasonal bedding annuals and decorations, container plantings, and snow removal are also available for an additional fee.

We offer clients the option of using composted leaf mulch or shredded hardwood in their planting beds. We also offer either a chemical or an organic regimen of treatment for turf and plant diseases and pests.
